Big Mike's provides landscaping, lawn care, and property services in Titusville, Cocoa, Mims, and surrounding North Brevard County, Florida. Every job is confirmed individually by phone, text, or email before work begins.

Estimates & Scheduling

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we see the property in person. We will always confirm any change with you before doing the work.

Outdoor work depends on Florida weather. Scheduled dates may shift due to rain, storms, or unsafe conditions — we will communicate with you if that happens and reschedule promptly.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per job or per service arrangement and stated on your estimate or invoice. Amounts owed for completed work remain due regardless of any dispute about these website terms.
